Passionfruit and peach fool

1 1/2 cups trim milk
2 tablespoons custard powder
2 tablespoons sugar
400g can peaches in natural juice, drained
2 x 150g pottles vanilla fromage frais
4 passionfruit, pulp
Total fat 3g
Saturated fat 2g
Dietary fibre 2.5g
1 To make custard, place milk, custard powder and sugar in a non-stick pan. Stir until well blended. Heat gently, stirring until thickened. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
2 Purée peaches until smooth. Mix custard with fromage frais.
3 Stir peach purée and passionfruit pulp into custard. Chill before serving.
