Mango and passionfruit ice cream sundaes

- 425g can mango slices, drained
- 8 small scoops (400g) low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 2 passionfruit, halved
Total fat 3g
Saturated fat 2g
Dietary fibre 3g
1 Divide half the mango slices among 4 serving glasses. Top each with a small scoop of ice cream. Top with the remaining mango and another scoop of ice cream then spoon the pulp from each passionfruit half over ice cream. Serve immediately.
