Mamasita barbecue corn

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chilli powder
3 corn cobs, husked, halved
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 Preheat barbecue grill until hot. Combine paprika and chilli powder and mix well. Sprinkle corn cobs with paprika mixture.
2 Place corn cobs on grill and cook, turning, until browned.
3 Remove corn from grill. Scatter cheese on a dinner plate. Spread slightly cooled corn with a thin layer of mayonnaise then roll carefully in cheese until lightly coated.
Make it gluten free: Use gluten-free mayonnaise and check spices are gluten free.
